Good stay but wished the temperature could be controlled

Staff were kind and helpful

No control over the tempature in the room. Couldn't sleep during the night due to high temperature as AC was disabled and heat was on which you had no control over.

Ineffective staff and a complete rip off in terms of price!

Staff knowledge Staff attitude Spa facilities were poor, particularly the cold jacuzzi. Taj Palace hotel which is supremely better by comparison in Delhi was cheaper than this hotel! Absolute rip off. Not worth the money we had paid!

Break fast and each buffet - excellent choice of food Location -Right on Ganges - easy accessible walkway to the Triveni Ghat Rooms spacious and well equipped Staff excellent - Very friendly Dynachara ( daily routine) offered Lovely pool

Ayurveda treatments are not included the Ayurveda Wellness package and are quite pricey. Ayurveda consultation seemed more geared to selling than advising. 45minutes session yoga offered each day- Would have preferred longer.

Very good

The hotel is located in the southern part of Rishikesh directly on the Ganges river. A nice walking trail along the river is easily accessible. The room was spacious and quiet. The personnel was very courteous and helpful. Basic Yoga training is offered directly at the hotel which is very convenient.

Food selection at breakfast, as well as at other meals, is relatively limited for a hotel of this class. For guests interested in more advanced Yoga training, I would suggest for the hotel to make arrangements with some of the local ashrams/teachers so those guests can more easily benefit from all Rishikesh has to offer in this area.
