Really lovely little villa with great backyard area.

Easy to use code lock, good wifi, good pool, lovely view by the river, excellent shower and bathroom suite.

Location by the road was loud and could be a little dodgy but this location was known about before arriving so my choice to accept this.

Great value would recommend this stay we will try to book again

The Host Bha was a fabulous lovely person who made more than expected effort to acquaint us with all local facilities. She went out of her way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible without intruding.

There were a few negatives but to mention them would be petty as the overriding experience was so good.the wildlife is good we saw large iguana's green beauties.

Good overnight quick stay option

It was clean , bathroom and shower very nice .

Too close to a busy road and the walls were thin. You could hear the all the cars zooming by the entire night to the point that you cant sleep

Absolutely amazing ! 10/10 - just superb

It was amazing having this little villa to ourselves - the pool was fantastic, a good size and warm, everything we could have wished for was provided. Our son said the shower was the best one hed ever had ! Everything worked, and has been well thought out! The bedding was so soft and so many extras offered ( spices and sauces in the kitchen, ice in the freezer and various options for shower gel and hair care!) Baya the host was lovely and really knowledgeable about the local areas and so obliging with us, including sending parking details, (a space outside the villa) access details and even offering a ride if we needed it.

So so minor, the only thing I can think of is hooks to dry the super soft towels on after a shower ( or pool towels) and a chopping board, oven glove and drying rack to save the beautiful work surfaces in the kitchen. These are tiny things as the hosts really had thought of everything!

We were lied to about being able to store luggage so didn't see anything of Florida because of this. There was food from previous occupants in refrigerator. The entry was over pebbles so very difficult to manoeuvre suitcases. The property was run down and needed some TLC. I could go on......

The cabin is very well equipped, the kitchen is great to prepare a dinner and breakfast, the shower is very large. There is an almost private pool and nice garden with table and chairs at the riverside in front of the cabin, a great place to spend an evening.

The road is right next to the bedroom and very noisy.

The Kids loved the pool and the garden. Beds were comfy, it is clean, sheets and towels were ready, in most parts the condo is well equipped with everything required for a short stay.

Two details the hosts might want to look into... - The kitchen should be restocked. We found exactly one tea spoon. There were not enough glases. Forks and knifes were enough, but looked and felt very old. For a 6-bed condo, 4 dinner plates (of which one is broken and not useable) are just not enough. And the Keurig coffee maker has its hickups and need to be replugged every now and then to work. - Some of the furniture is just old and not in the best look and shape anymore. It is useable, but old with damages. It could be worth to invest in some new things here and there. And one detail the owners really cant change... - The condo is on the corner of two main streets with a lot of traffic all day and night. there are emergency vehicles passing constantly, the noise is really bad especially at night. It is practically not possible to sleep well without ear plugs.
