The room nice and good size Friendly staff Location

Breakfast not up to the expectations. It is considered simple and limited compared to 5 star hotels The tea and coffee were cold and tasteless and if you want good turkish tea otlr coffee you need to pay extra for it

Very Good property with nice location. Good food and very good staff. Everything is the best. Very good hotel, well located near shopping and cultural areas, and really comfortable rooms. Staff (reception, concierge, cleaner) were also very polite and efficient.

Salwa and Ali in the reception are very helpful and very nice and friendly. We loved them so much. We are definitely going to get back to the same hotel once we visit Istanbul again.
