Good rooms and amenities ruined by poor parking situation

Great location, modern updated rooms, nice bathroom

Parking situation is misleading. They claim free parking but the truth is that their on site parking is full most of the time, resulting in hotel guests having to park on a street. Staff did not provide adequate guidance on where not to park, resulting in an expensive parking ticket. Especially for foreign tourists not familiar with the area, they should have provided more help. My primary reason for booking this property was the free parking offered, which was not available.

The kind staff opened the inner doors of our and my parents' rooms so that we did not have to leave each other's rooms in the corridor.

WIFI was sometimes slow and interrupted.

Centrally located, clean, spacious room, good amenities, inexpensive parking, friendly staff - we had a great time and will happily recommend to others!

Very good

Overall good experience but better wifi could have made the trip more awesome.

The location and amenities were great, staff was also helpful.

The wi fi connection was not working despite mentioning it did not improve. So had to work on mobile data all the days of stay.

Amazing had everything we needed

The hotel was just what we were looking for, lovely place great friendly staff and food was great. If ever visiting Queenstown again would definitely choose this hotel
