Disappointing

Good location, nice breakfast, shower bad, unacceptable refund policy for shorting your stay.

Breakfast and location was awesome

I booked for 7 days and requested to leave 2 days early to go to another City. The guy at reception agreed and said he will accept the revision. But later that day he said because my booking was paid in advance, they no longer going to give the refund and accept the changes. That is totally unacceptable to penalise someone for paying in advance. The shower flooring was broken and water was leaking into the entire bedroom.
