    The room had great air conditioning, very comfortable facilites and the swim up pool was perfect in 33oC days.

    Nice property in a good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Air conditioning in the room was only just keeping it cool. It was noisy and seemed to be struggling.

    Great stay, with a good room and great location
    Location is great, very clean and tidy, very quiet ( bit to quiet at times ) good pool
    Pool access room not the easiest to get out of the pool and back on your deck, I believe the hotel is upgrading but unfortunately we had a room that hadnt been upgraded but still clean and tidy

    Overall the good far outweighs the bad
    Size of apartment, location & closeness to pool.Loved the fact it is in the centre of Port Douglas
    Having to step into bath to have a shower. Corner room so not much sunlight. We had a swim up but you couldnt see the pool from your room.
