This is my second time at this hotel. The hotel still smells new, everyone is incredibly nice and the food is delicious. The train stop is right behind the hotel and you are in the center of Geneva in 8 minutes especially, that transport in Geneva is free. Special thanks to the nice gentleman at the reception who allowed us to check in at 11 a.m. even though the hotel check-in time doesn't start until 3 p.m. I definitely recommend it.

I liked everything. Cleanliness: everything is very clean, everywhere, the room is perfectly clean, warm and cozy. Food: Excellent, very tasty and fresh food for breakfast, where everyone will find something to suit their taste Staff: Everything is fine, any issues are resolved in a matter of minutes, friendly and competent. I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Overcharged twice!

I liked that it was clean and next to a tram line.

The hotel had to take my deposit twice because apparently the first time it failed however I showed them proof it didn't and the money isn't just in a pending state either. It had been taken from my account and this meant I was 200 out of pocket for my holiday spending budget which was stressful and now I would have to use a credit card with high interest to make up for that but they didn't really care. That was disheartening. The pillows were so flat, my neck hurt, the toilet paper was cheap and not so great to use either. The breakfast wasn't as good as other 4 star hotels I've stayed at.

A good hotel that has potential to do better.

Free airport shuttle to and from hotel, staff were friendly, hotel was nice aesthetically, incredibly conveniently located right behind a train station thats two stops from Geneva.

No fridge in the room to store food/drinks, house keeping didnt replace bedsheets daily, didnt replace used cutlery nor towels, no slippers or robes provided, body wash was provided but no lotion.
