Just an okay place

Cleanliness and location

The blinds didn't work and the room faced other buildings. Also, even though it is presented as a smole-free facility, we could smell cigarette smole. Lastly, in the morning it also smelled bad, like sewage water.

Property was five star but staff is 2 star

Very spacious and clean. Bedroom and Bathroom setup was really good

Night time staff person on 31st 2023 was very rude. During the night shift, I encountered an issue that required assistance. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty at that time was, regrettably, unhelpful and exhibited a rather rude demeanor. I found myself in a situation where the door was locked from the inside, and when I sought assistance, the staff member not only refused to help but also responded with anger and scolding. This experience left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of customer service provided during the night hours. In a situation where guests rely on the staff for support, being told that I was "on my own" was both disheartening and contrary to the expectations one has when staying at a reputable establishment.

Disappointing

The room was clean and front desk lady was very kind.

I stayed in room 1 and I could hear the traffic all day from my room. Also I stayed for 3 days and the heater did not work from the start, I told them that I couldn't turn on the heater. Couldn't fix it in first day and they told me they will fix it by morning or will change the room. Never happened, didn't get fixed or got a new room, they just gave us 2 blankets and called a day. I've been to many hotels in CDMX, and this place was by far the worst.

Great location and acceptable place.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is also good and easy to access very nice areas. The staff was very friendly and supportive.

The internet connection was not very stable in the room. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom that looked dirty and some stuffed paper.

Nice stay in CDMX

Nice comfortable and well appointed room. Great location close to attractions and next door to a convenience store. Staff were friendly.

We arrived on an early flight and were charged 1800 pesos to check in early (to a different room) which was more than the nightly rate for our reservation. We were happy to pay extra for early check in but this felt like this amount was taking advantage of the situation. The room was also quite loud. This is not the hotels fault as its coming from the street but just something to be aware of.

Exceptional

i found it odd that I was not able to wait in lobby since check in is at 3pm. I did arrive really early am but for that same reason they should of let me stay literatly they said it was a policy ad couldnt wait. They did however let me keep my luggage in a storage so I would be wondering with it.

Disappointing

The staff were very accommodating and tried to fix things as we went.

Unfortunately for them there was a case of bed bugs in two rooms. I hate writing bad reviews as I know how damaging it can be for a business. Although we got bitten we did decide to stay on the 3rd room was fine and honestly the reception staff and maintenance staff could not have tried harder.
