Exceptional

Good, central location in Kahului. The staff was endlessly accommodating! Even went out of their way and forwarded a package which was running late.

Rooms could be bigger. The bathroom, toilet and shower take too much space. With 4 suitcases open it was a bit crowded.

I did ask to have my rooms close by but when I got to the hotel, I was told that our rooms would be on two separate floors. I had to pretty much beg the staff to change the room so that our family could be close by. The rooms also had a strong smell. The front desk staff was very rude. Even though both rooms were booked together and I had a price written I was charged two different prices for the same exact kind of rooms.

Common areas and the grounds were nice but the room felt old, and we saw 2 cockroaches! Location was convenient, near the airport. Charged $15 for parking and a $20 resort fee, all we really got for that were 2 water bottles. View was nice.

There were cockroaches in the room. Bed was too soft. Room felt old.

It worked for our needs except for the noisy road.

Breakfast was good but dinner was not.

Our room was on such a noisy main thoroughfare that for the 3 nights we were there we hardly slept.

close to airport. location good for east side of island. good choice for on a budget.

$15 a day parking when this was not listed on booking.com. Air conditioner located across from bed so the air blows directly on you No beach to swim in

Affordable stay.

The location and view were nice. I was able to walk to food and stores nearby. I liked being on the beach for an affordable price. The airport shuttle was great, just wish I knew about it when I arrived so I didn't have to pay for uber.

When we arrived we received a letter in our room saying that they were going to be treating for bugs the next day. Took off the sheets to look for bed bugs and thank goodness there were none. However, when we woke up the next morning there were several beetles. One was even hanging out in my travel bag. The dining room wasn't open during our stay so make sure you check their hours before booking your stay.
