The location was splendid. Right by the beach. Next to a shopping mall. Next to all restaurants

Parking is a bit of a maze. Early check out. 10am is too early. I mean for real.

Yeah, the view was great. Your staff was great but the room was just atrocious and there was bedbugs. I know you did inspector came in and looked at it but thats just a flat out lie and I dont appreciate you using someone that youve used before and clearly took your side Didnt get an offer. Yo you came by showed you to put your the bites how is very freaking comfortable and unfortunately if I didnt have to stay there is the first have to. My state was by myself with my friends and second half of my state was with my wife me to check a room is fine, but I just made me Feel really eerie to sleep in your beds

Your bedbugs had no response, basically saying I was lying getting someone that youve used before that most likely would your rule in your favor I see theres nothing there with your big fat lie who they showed your security personnel and off all my bite marks and stuff I got so in you know have a day Clean up my bags and all my dry cleaning and everything else which cost me a lot of money and nothing from you guys. Nothing very disappointing and I stayed there many times with my friend one of your shareholders here.

Vacation to Ft. Lauderdale

I absolutely LOVE the location! It is located RIGHT on the beach! You actually don't need to drive anywhere for dining and or entertainment. I had a view of the ocean from my balcony that was simply breath taking! The beach is across the street literally about 200 ft! Plenty of restaurants can be accessed from the garage of the property. Just take the elevator to the F3 level and walk into the mall. Incredible. The only place I will stay for now on when I go to South Florida!

The ONLY thing I didn't like, and this is NOT the hotel's fault, is their parking lot. It's not very well lit and can be a bit treacherous with cars coming down as you go up. One staff member apologized and admitted the garage is from the 1930s. But the hotel is TOP NOTCH!
