The hotel is next to the pyramid, which is great, easy access to the pyramid in the morning.

The hotel does not include breakfast and dinner, the dinner buffet is too expensive. The staff is not that friendly.

Lovely oasis in noisy Cairo

Amazing location overlooking the pyramids with good rooms

A lovely hotel but with staff problems. The restaurant staff were clueless - at one point they gave the family a table and while we were collecting our food gave it to someone else! Service was slow. When we left we forgot a couple of things. The hotel quickly found them and said they would send them but it took a month and numerous emails to actually get them to act. A nice hotel but could do with better staff training.

The price for dinner buffett is way too high. The waiters come to the table and ask if we liked the food and if we are satisfied with our stay way too often and sometimes during the eating with our mouths full - that is annoying. Sometimes overpolitness is not good. Everything is good in moderation.

The best hotel to visit the pyramids and enjoy a great breakfast with the pyramid in the background.

View of the pyramids from the room and common areas, such as the restaurant where a delicious breakfast is served. Very good food and variety. Nice swimming pool and nice waiter service. Well-kept gardens. Quite a large hotel, nicely connected to the historical part and the castle, worth visiting.

The beds are quite soft and I prefer a hard bed. But that is a personal preference rather than a complaint.

The location was really one of a kind. We enjoyed the view. Food was tasty. I wanna speacially thank to Kareem and Amal for that. They made our stay extra special. The hotel is definitely the best one in Cairo. The experience was unique.
