Air-conditioning was below average - but definitely a great accommodation choice.

Great location and friendly staff.

The air-conditioning in the 2 bedroom apartment needs to be repaired or replaced. It was continuously on 18c. But the room never got cool during the day ( forget cold.. where we'd have turned it uo to 23c) That was the ONLY issue

Liked everything about it - good location, very clean, friendly staff, easy to get to, close to the beach. Lots of free thoughtful extras ie tennis racquets, videos, theatre - lovely pool, beanbags, great bbq areas.

The only thing I didn't like was the late check in - 4pm. It means you lose most of the day even though you have paid for it.

Exceptional

Excellent venue, highly recommend for families.

Location was fabulous, opposite the surf club, Aldi close by, and a park for the kids. Apartment had everything to make the stay easy all cooking utensils, electric frypan and electric beaters.

The activities and games room was amazing. We could easily spend days just swimming and hanging around. You don't even have to leave to keep the kids entertained. Amazing games room

Disappointing

We liked the room photos showing the sea view!!

Told, no rooms with views ever available as in room photos description. They refused to cancel our booking. Told to leave. Appealed to Bookings, received a refund 1 week later. Distressing event for us and desk staff member.
