Great stay at the mantra

Breakfast was good although it could be changed up a little bit each day! Pool was great for little ones and adults big enough for a good swim

Overall though my experience was awesome. My family really as enjoyed our stay. I wanted to specially mention the manage

Location was awesome. Unit were such a good size for a family. Plenty of space, didnt feel like you were on top of each other. Plenty of cooking utensils so you had the option to cook there not spend money on takeout out. Security at the entry door at night so felt really safe.

The only thing i picked up on was the cleanliness of the unit. All the bedding and towels were spotless but i found lolly rappers on the ground in the kids room when i first walked it. And dirty finger prints and dust on the walls. It just needs a really good wipe down and vacuum before each family.

Very convenient location and clean spacious rooms

Unfortunately there was cooking in the room next to us that was heavily using curry and filled our room with the smell we couldnt get out as we had no opening windows. Not something that is the fault of the hotel but just quite unpleasant

Convenient family style accommodation in the heart of Melb CBD/Southbank.

Great location, size of apartment was great for our baby. Decent kitchen and washing machine/dryer. We primarily stayed here because of being with a baby under 1.

Bathroom was outdated and shower head/pressure was terrible.

Kitchen was well stocked. Excellent toiletries and number of towels made available

Room too stuffy, the ventilation not working properly. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Reception staff did not offer alternative parking or offer any information about parking nearby Just said there was no parking available due to busy period. Reception staff did not inform me that 100 dollars was going to be held when she took my card.

Kitchen had nothing we could use. No soaps, cloths anything. The shower where the body wash is held etc was full of black mould. Other than that room was good.

Room seems very worn out. Not the cleanest room I have stayed in. Balcony had gaps where small child could fall from.

just location

The breakfast was like a 2 star hotel with very limited options to select. They did not come for cleaning our room even after our request. It was not clean at al. Lots of dust were there.
