Location was perfect - straight across from South Bank and the City Hooper. Lots of restaurants and cafes in close vicinity and a family mart at the bottom LHS of hotel.

The room was never serviced or cleaned within our three day stay and I also had to keep asking for fresh towels as our towels were not drying at all in the room.

The hotel was a great and located in an amazing area. There is street next door with dozens or restaurants and bars, there is an outdoor pool less than a 5 minute walk away and then the river where you can jump on the river hopper to get around easily. The hotel is great with a nice pool and gym for use. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Would defiantly stay here next time I am in Brisbane.
