Spacious apartment

Not far from the CBD and Salamanca wharf. Had a microwave and plates & cutleries. The rooms were spacious. Had two comfy sofas. The washing machine and dryer worked well. Love the Nespresso Pots coffee machine.

Need to upgrade to smart TV. Difficult to navigate in the car park due to lack of space between parking lots. Had to pay and prebook the parking space. Had to ask for the dish washing liquid, and also extra tea, coffee and sugar. Fairly expensive but possibly due to the holiday season.

A great location, across the road from a park, with just a short walk to the wharf area - lovely!!

Location was excellent. A well set out apartment. Did find a blanket in the cupboard (doonas are just too hot, even in Tassie, in summer!), which was great. I had forgotten to book parking initially, but was able to secure the first couple of nights before we arrived and then able to take advantage of some cancellations to end up with parking for our whole stay.

A dishwasher is nice, but you need extra plates and cutlery to make use of it! We had 3 of most things, but for 2 of us, that did not really make less washing up! Some regular dishwashing liquid would have been helpful. Also some more bowls to use in the microwave! Not having a cook top made some self catering a bit tricky (but we managed!).

Superb

We Thoroughly enjoyed every one of our six day stay owing to the comfort and location of the hotel.

Great location, walk to many attractions. Very helpful friendly staff. The coffee machine was a huge bonus.

There could have been a couple more staples on the kitchen supply side. For example: Salt and pepper sachets, a dishcloth, surface spray, brush and hand shovel or a broom, a roll of kitchen paper. Small bottles of oil and vinegar perhaps? Not a biggy, but any of the above would have been appreciated.

Room amenities were nice, but I wouldnt stay there again due to how difficult it was to get there and get my luggage to

Room living room and bedroom was nice, kitchen was tidy.

Location was terrible. We inquired about parking upon booking and were told they sort it out in sight When we arrived the reception was not super well signed, and we were informed there was no parking, we would have to park on the street. There was also not any parking near the side building entrance where we were told we had to go to access our room. If we had known there wasnt enough parking for our vehicle we would have booked elsewhere, considering we booked a few weeks in advance and were told there was parking on site. Overall not impressed that we had to hike our luggage down the street, then to our room. Hotel layout really needs to work through the design floors.
