Close to town but difficult access for anyone with ANY disability

Lots stairs- swimout room assumed ground level but lits stairs - swimout room but VERY difficult to get in and out. Deck Too high out of pool to climb

Great relaxing break

Great swim up room with all the facilities that we needed for our short stay

Checked in after hours and was advised there was a welcome pack that told us what we needed to know. All I got was room confirmation details, had to work out myself where to park and where to find room

Great central location

The location was great, right on main street within walking distance to everything we needed during our stay. We had a swim out room which was easy access straight into the pool with our own deck and sunlounges.

Our room was on the lowest floor so it was quite dark and damp, the room smelled damp and mouldy.

Despite our disappointment with the noise & the mattress we will return.

The cleanliness and location is excellent.

The mattress has absolutely expired its use by date & although we requested to stay in a particular room we werent expecting to hear maintenance or renovation works directly above our room all week,there was no warning of this if so wouldve requested a different room.

Very relaxing accommodation, awesome pool and excellent location in Port Douglas.

Excellent location to pubs and boutiques and the beach. Lovely accomodation with easy access to the pool. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Noticed a strong chlorine smell in the room on arrival but after a day of two it seemed to go. Apart from that the room was very comfortable.

Lovely stay, apart from the annoying things not working or stocked properly.

Location, beautiful pool and Bbq area.

Lifts werent working for the whole stay, some notice prior to arrival would of been good !! we were not asked if were able to manage stairs which is concerning. Also 9 night stay, stock of tea, toilet paper etc should of been stocked rather than us chasing for it. Staff also shouldnt replace linen if badly stained, this happened to us. There was Sand on bed linen upon arrival. Doors also should cleaned lots of dirty marks and dribbles of stickiness.
