Excellent property, wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Great location and superb front desk staff. Some issues experienced with housekeeping, however service recovery from front desk was excellent.

Property would be great if it included a fitness centre.

Friendly staff and great amenities

Perfect location as my partner was in Royal Hobart Hospital for a bypass. The guys on the reception couldnt be more friendly or helpful in what was a pretty stressful time. The room was kept lovely and clean and there was even laundry facilities which was a real help.

I found everything extremely satisfactory.there wasnt anything I didnt like.

Location and cleanliness

Housekeeping didn't top up complimentary coffee and milk on one of the days. Staffs in a way not going extra miles in service. Request for rice cooker or extra pot not met.

Apartment good, parking can be a lot better

Apartment was good, well maintained and clean. The staff are very helpful.

Parking was $18 a day. Wouldve been nice if there was something included into the total so that we could have unlimited access rather than needing to pay every time we enter and leave.
