Superb

The location is so handy, you can just take a walk to Cole and walk around the tracks, and very convenient to just get a taxi to go to Airlie beach, many great restaurants and we really love and enjoy Saturday market stalls. We love the place and the people were so happy and friendly there and I can see that everyone is working so hard there.The whole place is awesome, I would recommend our friends to come to Whitsunday and stay at Mantra club croc.

Good location.

There was no hot water in taps. The staff kept telling us it'll be fixed but it never did. The aircons were filthy and the remote was missing from one of the rooms. Not worth staying here.

Over all we had a great stay

The beds were fantastic. The room was great but could do with some extra hooks in bathroom to hang up wet stuff when out of pool. Jude from the restaurant was awesome she made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble she is a great asset to club mantra. Appreciate that security acted quickly very early in morning when we rang about a problem with a room on our floor.

The light was out in our stairway . The pool is very rough in spots on the bottom it cut the bottom of our feet all 8 of us . The pool area needs more shade the round table areas was good but not shaded . The verandah was very worn .

Perfect for what we wanted and very clean

Very clean, facilities perfect, staff really helpful and pleasant. A short walk from the centre but only around 30 mins along the harbour front. Airlie is a place I would love to come back to and would consider the Mantra again.

Staff were very helpful and a bonus of the on site laundry

Pool was great and rooms were nice. Breakfast was also good but with little variety day to day

Nice hotel, poorly trained staff

Hotel is newly refurbished and rooms and pool are fresh and modern.

We stayed over the Christmas period and any members of staff we spoke to didnt seem to know the run of show for the Christmas Day lunch creating a lot of confusion for us. In general, most members of staff seemed poorly trained and unsure of themselves.
