Very good

Comfortable and familiar

We've stayed here before and find it suits our needs well. With Cyclone Jasper moving through during our stay it is difficult to comment much more. However we could not have asked for better service from the staff and the facilities during such a difficult time.

Inability to get out and about but that had nothing to do with the Mantra Amphora, weather conditions were bad following the cyclone.

Comfortable apartment. Good location.

Being on the 3rd floor and no elevator. No assistance to get luggage to room. My husband had recently had an operation and I had to carry everything up. No under cover car park for our apartment.

Superb

Fantastic location, spacious apartment, relaxing vibe

The ocean view room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Shops and restaurants very close walking distance. The pool area was large and accommodated a lot of guests.

Unfortunately the pool was very warm during our stay (December) and almost unbearable to swim in. Needs some shade cover during Summer months to cool it down. The apartment we had was ground floor and you could see directly into our bedrooms from the restaurant next door.

A lovely affordable location.

Great location and very well equipped room. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to a range of dining options.

A lot of stairs when youre on the top floor. Take this into consideration with regards to luggage, as no lifts.

Very good

Relaxing, comfortable, quiet and beautifully located for our vacation.

The location is perfect on the beach. Quiet, comfortable and well placed as a base to explore from. The pool was excellent for a relaxed and uncrowded swim.

Well these are minor points, but easily fixed. The WiFi cut off late on the evening of our 7th day. It should have been available for the whole stay. The TVs could not be connected to WiFi and did not have screen sharing from our mobiles, so we were restricted to a diet of commercial laden TV. The promised cooking facilities were lacking a proper oven. It was basically a microwave/ grill? Whilst the apartment was spotlessly clean, one persistent cockroach evaded captured, but its tropical North Queensland so we werent too phased.

It was ok but thank goodness for the view

Mainly the location and the view overlooking the beach.

Tired looking furnishings. Oven and stove didnt work. TV remote worked intermittently. Windows not clean, especially the side bedroom. Generally comfortable and private but tiled floors mean you hear furniture being moved the floor above.
