Ideal location for the newly opened Factorys Aviva Studio. The bed was really comfortable. Staff really friendly. Nice comfortable surroundings tbh
Food- maybe being unkind but my burger came with tomatoes when Id requested without and it wasnt brilliant. My friend enjoyed his vegetarian option and it looked nice and fine. Next time Ill dine out. I could be being unkind to the restaurant saying that. Again, ever helpful staff in sorting any problems out.

The TVs aren't very good, very slow, remotes can't pull up a guide to see what's on channels. Lifts are slow but we seen an apology sign and that they are being upgraded soon.

Tv does not cater to iPhone users . It is not a smart tv and for a 4 star hotel I was shocked they do not have this. The lifts are painfully slow too

I have stayed here previously and it is a stunning hotel. We were kindly upgraded but it was to a family room.
We were provided with a room on the fourth floor but when we got there, the key card wasn't working. I went down to reception and was told that the key mechanism wasn't working and the maintenance had been called. We were moved to a room on the 2nd floor. That room did not have the water facing view which the room on the fourth floor had and it had a shower over the bath, not the lovely walk in shower of previous rooms. It was an upgrade to a family room but we were only a couple, so the extra bed wasn't needed really and we only had one bedside table as a result. After the concert, we went back to the bar and ordered mulled wines. We were charged the full price for the wines but then the barman brought the mulled wine and said there were no more mince pies, even though we had paid full price. The mulled wine was delicious though. We wanted to order a second round but you had run out.

Great place to stay in Manchester and well certainly be staying there again.
Excellent facilities and location. Very clean and I like the fact that it is a grade 2 listed building (warehouse) from the 1800s which has been repurposed for the 21st century!
The lighting in the rooms could be better.
