The elevator did not work well (it did not go to our floor). Our daughter, who is disabled, had to descend with difficulty and very slowly. It's good that we were only in the hotel for one night.

It was very clean

We had a meal in restaurant on the Thursday night and the waitress/restaurant manager forgot to put our order Into kitchen.....we waited 1 hour 30 minutes for our dinner and offered no discount.....not very happy about that...

The breakfast was excellent

When we got there at 2.00 we asked for some bar food and we were told the bar did not open until 4.00 o'clock and food wouldn't be served until 5.00. I said the display menus say that the bar food is open from 12.00 . The lady at the desk said we were closed and the staff are only back at work for 4.00 o'clock. I would have liked to know this before as we could have got something to eat on the way down from Dublin. We walked into the city and got served food in the Strand Hotel.

Delightful stay in Galway.

Room very comfortable. Hotel close to center of Galway. Staff very friendly and respectful. Parking was very easy and convenient.

The shampoo/body gel did not offer conditioner for hair. Not sure I like body gel and shampoo in same product.

Poor enough experience.

Location was fine. Breakfast was good. Evening meal was good too

The room wasnt great small and very basic. Over priced Very noisy too Tv didnt work very well and at a terrible angle At 3.10am we were woken by a drunken woman banging on the room door and hitting it with her shoe and screaming to be let in Room wasnt ready on arrival at 3pm either even though we requested 3pm check in
