Luxury 3 Beds Pool Villa Amaya & Nara

I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting this villa, and regrettably, it did not live up to the expectations set by the listing. Despite the property having potential, several aspects left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the villa was subpar at best. Upon arrival, we noticed dust accumulation in various corners, suggesting that a thorough cleaning hadn't taken place before our stay. It was disheartening to find this oversight, especially considering the importance of a clean living space. The overall maintenance of the property was severely lacking. We encountered issues with malfunctioning appliances, and it was evident that regular upkeep was not a priority. From leaking faucets to a faulty air conditioning system, these problems significantly impacted our overall comfort and satisfaction during our stay. Communication with the property management was challenging, to say the least. Our attempts to address concerns were met with delayed responses, and it became clear that there was a lack of urgency in addressing our issues. Efficient and timely communication is essential for a positive guest experience, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking in this instance. While the villa promised an array of amenities, the reality was quite different. Some advertised amenities were either unavailable or did not meet the standards presented in the listing. It's disheartening when the features that influenced our decision to book were not as described. In summary, my stay at this villa was marred by these significant issues. It's my hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall experience for future guests. A more thorough approach to cleanliness, maintenance, and communication would go a long way in ensuring a positive and enjoyable stay for those who choose this property in the future.

Most facilities need urgent maintenance. Water in bathroom both downstairs and upstairs leaked out of water pipe and basin. Many areas appeared stains and decay. Floor tile was broken at sliding door which was not safe while walking especially with kids. Also sliding door could not be locked from both outside and inside. Cleaning before check in was not proper. Cups of coke were still left in refrigerator and pouring down along the stacks. Packages used of soap and shampoo were left at shelf in bathroom. Doormats were forgotten to be placed in every bathroom. Suggested to close to have big maintenance for all at once. Guests can be stayed happily without being bothered by repairman who came to fix things at night and to make this stay value for money truly.
