What a lovely home for our group! Home was perfectly clean. Thank you for letting us stay.

Location is fantastic. We wanted a place close to Universal Studios, and this was perfect. House was clean and offered the right spaces for our group of six.

Pillows were a little hard, maybe time to change them out?

The company who runs the property was very professional and answered every question quickly. the location is amazing, the apartment is big in a quiet street.

the apartment was clean but not super clean. the showers needs a little bit of maintenance but overall it was fine. there were no 2 parking permits, only 1 and unlike they explained, with the parking permit you can park on the street at all times not only between 8-6 we only understood that on our last day and it could have saved us parking fee we paid for our extra car if we had known this in advance.

The location and amenities of the house.

The water on the refrigerator was broken and we had our car scrapped but children who lived in the house behind the vacation rental. this caused us to leave early.

Great location for universal studios, Hollywood and many local tourist spots.

great service we were let in an hour early. really appreciate it after driving 11 hours. very accommodating

had our driveway to ourselves. if I was to say only thing parking permits needed for street. we dont have that issue in mesa AZ.

Perfect for a quiet family trip to Hollywood/ Universal Studios.

The house was cute, clean, quiet neighborhood, and really close to Universal Studios. People were walking pets up and down street so it gave a safe feel to the neighborhood.

Not a game changer, but the street was very narrow and had cars parked on both sides. It made getting in and out of the driveway a bit tricky. But we'd book again!
