Very good

charming hotel in excellent location

Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, view from breakfast room and friendly and helpful staff (particularly Kylie).

Connecting room door didnt lock so we couldnt really use the rooms as connecting. sheets and rooms were not as clean as we expected but staff were very helpful in rectifying the issues. Not much natural light in rooms.

A delightful stay in unforgettable Hanoi.

Wonderfully central location. Everything in the Old Quarter within easy walking distance. Clean and modern boutique hotel with very friendly staff. During the booking process and our point of contact during our stay was Kylie Tran who was excellent at answering my queries and arranged a wonderful day tour to Halong Bay.

Should add a mirror above the vanity unit in the bedroom.

Clean, tidy and Kylie is fantastic!

We had an amazing stay in the hotel for our first 3 nights in Vietnam. The room was a good size and very clean! We had a tour to Ninh Binh that was arranged by Kylie (who is amazing!!). Such a good place to stay in central Hanoi.

great stay in San Grand Hotel

Staying in San Grand Hotel was a great experience. The room was very clean and had all you needed. The breakfast was nice with the views of the city - the restaurant is located at 10th floor. Special thanks to Kylie for organising the Ha Long bay trip and addressing all queries prior to our arrival to the hotel, Ruby for welcoming us and being a great host during our stay and Mai for arranging a great restaurant for us. All above staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

Perfect stay in Old Town

Staff were very professional and friendly, and Kylie was very thoughtful throughout our stay. The bedroom is very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is situated in the middle of old town but it's along one of the quieter market streets there is some noise from the husltle and bustle in the morning stalls but nothing like the loud music on the other streets. Good selection at breakfast with a wonderful view of the lake.
