A great stay

It's our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Clean, strategic location and affordable price. Staff was friendly and fast in responding. We got the same room as our 1st stay. Everything is great. 7-eleven is just behind the hotel and few shops away is 24hours laundromat where I can do my laundry there. Many eateries nearby and easy to find parking there. Overall a great stay at Louis Hotel Taiping.

Staff are helpful and welcoming

Bath tub was missing the cover for the inlet. Get too close and it sucked you skin. Black mold in bathroom. Main bedroom wall paper peeling off. Units for storage chipped and looked tatty. Bed was against wall with water pipes, so heard them in the morning. Woke us up.
