Location is very good, walking distance to eateries, shopping malls and markets. Theres a cinema within the building as well, good to catch late night movies.

The Wi-fi was extremely choppy, was using my own roaming data most of the time.

Wouldnt come back again if we had to choose. However it was in a very good location and close to everything.

We liked the location of the hotel. It was in the center of the city so getting around to places were convenient.

Our toilet was clogged within 2 hours of us checking in. When we checked out nobody addressed the issue to us. As a hotel thats rated 4 stars we expected better from them.

Great 4* hotel in superb location

Fantastic location next to the Rex Hotel, right in the centre , 200m from the Opera and the Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, we had a great view over the city from our 11th floor Premium Deluxe Room. The room was big and comfortable, TV had great choice of international channels, mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom amenities and shower were very good, overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Staff at reception were very polite and eager to help. We had a problem with a hairdryer in the room, this was rectified immediately by housekeeping. Breakfast choice was great, plenty of both Asian and Western dishes for all tastes.

Excellent location and comfortable room at reasonable prices

Comfort, modern design room, good location and a very good staff. The greeters and concierge staff went out of its way to help to locate the areas, restaurants, or simply to call a taxi.

A weakness in the design of the shower glass size makes the water splashing to the outside floor. But Housekeeping makes sure to keep it dry.

Poor Opeational Management

Location is excellent.

It's my 2nd stay in this hotel. Everything is good until on Day 2 this trip. I was told I have to pay for the dirty face towel. To be honest, I have used it to clean the dirty table rather than leave it as a total mess for housekeeping. It was shocking that I had to pay the dirty towel. After my strong objection, the hotel told me that it was OK if I didn't want to pay, but I had signed a document. This is equally shocking. I have asked to speak to Hotel GM. Unfortunately, until I checked out, such a person doesn't exist. I was eventually told by recept that I no longer required to sign anything. To add to the horrifying request by the hotel, on Day 3 - u can see that the cups are not cleaned. Stain is visible. I have been travelling to most parts of Asia and Europe almost monthly in the last 15 years. I've never heard of such thing of paying for dirted towels. I can only say it has a very poor Operation Management. Don't know how they will handle if there is incident of other females customers stained the bedsheet and mattress with menstruation.
