Beautiful hotel within the old part of the town.. Nice room just like in the pictures.. Well equipped with modern toilet and shower facilities despite the old facade of the building..

Lighting in rooms so dark and no light inside cupboard to make coffee. Room/water cold

Very comfy bed. Clean. Location to amenities were good. The receptionist with dark hair and tattoo behind her ear was very pleasant and helpful.

The other receptionist with blonde streaks at front of hair, who worked nights on the Thursday night of our stay was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Its because of her that we wont ever stay there again. I would have her sacked, if she worked for me, as I used to be in hospitality. She is not an asset to your company. She actually ruined our one and only night stay at the hotel.

Would recommend this hotel in what was a private home at one time.

Location was spot on. Close to the old town. Comfortable accommodations. Very friendly, helpful staff. The weather was terrible and impacted the overall mood of our stay. Warm cozy beds helped with jet lag.
