Breakfast was DISAPPOINTING...

As with any other old hotels, the rooms that we got were huge...a lot of space for the kids to run around...comfy beds... the units we got have a beautiful view of the town...the hotel is just across the road from the district mosque...overall, it was a very nice stay...except for the breakfast....

the buffet breakfast...i think this is the first time i was truly and thoroughly disappointed with a hotel's breakfast buffet...eventhough it was bad enough that the food was cold, nothing much to choose from and overall lacking in taste (considering the RM 15 price tag, i can still tolerate it) but the thing that really ticked me off was the lack of effort put into the service...the plates were not wipe clean as in we can still see some water on the plates and in the bowls, no napkin provided, no one manning the dining area...it would be better to go across the street to the Wakaf place to have your breakfast...at least u will get a hot meal...

Simple hotel, no frills rooms but adequate.

Good location, can walk to food places. There were enough car parks outside of hotel with security.

The rooms were old & tired. Beds and linen not very plush.

Extra Pillow Rip-off

We love the location of the hotel. The room is quite decent.

We did not like how the hotel tried to charge us RM 50 for an extra pillow. We had a queen size bed with only 3 pillows in the room. For the extra RM 50, we could have stayed in a better hotel.
