The staff at lebua at State Tower are welcoming and attentive, providing excellent service from the moment guests arrive. The upgraded tower block suite offers spacious and clean rooms with beautiful (Read More) city views from the balcony. The breakfast by the pool is enjoyable, with a crepe and pancake chef who prepares made-to-order treats. Guests staying in the tower block can also enjoy the complimentary drinks and snacks in the tower lounge. The sky bar on the hotel's rooftop offers stunning views, although the drinks are expensive. Overall, the hotel is worth the money and provides a fantastic experience.

Iconic hotel, tired bedroom

The staff are what make the hotel.

The room was very tired which was upsetting for world famous lebua hotel. No mention on booking.com about not being allowed out on the balcony but makes sense being so high up. The view is still incredible.

Could have been better.

The room size is very good and we got a corner suite which was quite sizeable. The views are great and the location is good. The hotel has a number of restaurant options and good bars. The staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast had a very good selection for all.

The property is a little run down, the carpets in the room need a change and/or a thorough clean. We spotted a cockroach in our room which was a shocker. We also had a bit of an overflow issue in our bathroom when we unplugged the bathtub to drain the water overflowed in the shower and through another drain in the bathroom bringing dirt debris on the bathroom floor and shower.

A large proportion of the staff were arrogant and plain rude. One reception staff member seems to have a rather large chip on her shoulder

Exceptional

Highly satisfied with the hotel stay and exceptional customer service.

Luxurious suite was spacious,clean with Amazing view of the city from balcony. Hotel amenities was excellent with world class restaurants, especially the Skybar and dome at 64th floor. Wish had more time to explore other restaurant and bars in the hotel.
