Very good

Awesome experience with incredible staff service.

Clean, casual and up-to-date rooms. Amazing coffee bar and service with high quality continental breakfast food.

Beds are way too soft. Did not sleep well on them.

Satisfactory stay overall with some recommended improvements

Excellent service by reception staff - went out of their way to give advice, assist and make one feel good by their friendliness. Visually pleasing modern facilities. Great location in Old Montreal. Bed is very comfortable and rooms are clean.

Bathroom is quite small; difficult to hang towels or clothes. (add hook to door perhaps?) Thermostat to control room temperature auto corrects to 20.5 - a bit cool for our taste, We asked maintenance guy to correct; however this did not work either, kept going down to 20.5. Hallway in unit could use a place mat or rug for wet shoes. A small one was brought after it snowed but could have been larger to avoid stepping on the wooden floor. A fitted bottom sheet would make the bed neater with less entangling. Add a blanket to room for relaxing. Breakfast was good but would have been healthier and more interesting if berries or cut up fruit were added Muffins served on weekend dray and crumbly,

Cozy, quaint hotel in the heart of Old Montreal and steps away from Notre Dame. It was elegant and divine.

Perfect location in Old Montreal. The hotel was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Loved the free coffee, tea, and onsite baristas 24/7

Le Petit Hotel is nicely located in Old Montreal. It is a cozy hotel and good value for the price

Loved the location, the room was fine and very clean (much appreciated). Staff were friendly, we were nicely greeted. The selection for breakfast was v.g.

The HVAC system was exceptionally loud. We both like to sleep in a cool room but I couldnt sleep with the noise & I was wearing earplugs. We tried to open the window but it was bolted shut. The breakfast area tables are getting worn. They are chipped & need replacing.
