The cooler climate

Pool wasn't heated so it was too cold to be used. Bedding was damp and needed a heater on all night to dry out bed and quilt. Sheets were still damp, as were the replacements they tried to give me. They really need a tumble dryer at this hotel and to dry out the rooms before putting sheets on beds, rather than leaving them on for weeks/months before check in.

Exceptional

Please correct the directions of the hotel entrance in Google maps. It takes to a street before the correct location. This is problem during misty days irrespective of the sign boards kept by the hotel at the entrance of the street.

Best hotels rooms in yercaud with all amenities including private waterfalls

Morning breakfast is good privacy is good private waterfalls and vr game available

Expect dinner is not available and we can't use tv bez of wrong pass word but they immediately changed our room given much better room so we liked it very much they answered immediately for every thing room service is good

The location is good, the Mountain view.

1. We seen lot of insects inside the room and on day 2 they cleaned. 2. We had a problem on Tap in one of the room and it is not rectified till we checkout, which is bad.
