Great location. Very close to restaurants and shops.

Pricey compared to other hotel choices. TV did not work for the 4 days we were there. Had maintenance come twice to fix it. One day they didn't replace the towels. Had to ask for fresh towels at the front desk.

Awesome stay in Quebec City

We came in Quebec to spend Christmas here and the hotel is super well located across the ice skating and the Christmas market. Our room was clean, comfortable and big enough for the two of us. They have a heated pull on the 9th floor from which you can see the full city. Wifi is high speed, never lagged. The personal are also super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, central, magical hotel stay!

One of my favorite hotels Ive had the pleasure of staying in! Perfectly located, the staff at the front desk, concierge and beautiful bar was friendly and so helpful with recommendations based on our interests. Special shout out to Oliver at the front desk !! The hotel felt brand new, so clean and comfortable to sleep in and enjoy the facilities. We hope to return one day.

The best friendly and nicest staff. The best location is in front of a Christmas market and ice-skating. The had a pool which we had ni chance to use.

A bit pricy especially parking (but parking is kinda everywhere) The Italian restaurant on the 1st floor (Il Teatro) was the worst experience where the manager (or the guy in the gate) had an attitude

Gorgeous rooms, in the perfect location. Magical.

Gorgeous gorgeous rooms. The paneling and colors and style was perfect. We spent Christmas there and the Pantone and card was a nice touch. The view from the room was perfect, could see The Chteaux and watch sunrise and set. Step out onto Place DYouville, which had a Christmas market, and on Rue St-Jean - right in the middle. Room super sound proof and quiet.

Nothing! Apart from the slight hassle of 2 lifts to get to the rooms and lack of a smart tv (couldnt cast, stream, mirror etc).

Perfect location, close to everything especially if you are in Quebec city for the christmas markets. Valet parking is quick and efficient, staff is really nice and friendly from receptionists to janitors. The Italian and Asian restaurants on site are fantastic. The gym was good but the pool was disappointing.

Though I really like the hotel, I dont think the Capitol has what it takes for a 5-star hotel Our original room had a broken light, no hot water (lukewarm only) and the toilet was blocked. We got upgraded to a suite, which we appreciated but also to found that the cushion placed in bed had a strong perfume smell, so the cover wasnt replaced after the last guest and the pillow had a red mark on it. I know that Im very picky but I havent seen this standard at a 5-star hotel so a little disappointed!
