Great hotel

The lady at Reception, Seren i guess her name was, offering a great cuatoner care as well as her colleagues. We felt very welcome. the hotel is very clean, quiet and has a nice little spa centre.

Overall the location, hotel, and staff were very good

The breakfast for not that good in terms of options and the management for serving the egg had a very bad mixup of orders and no proper order placing as well as delay in serving it.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is affordable, delicious breakfast, great view of the river, clean, and elegant.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. Nargul Basar, our amazing housekeeper, was so friendly and helpful. She always greeted us with a beautiful smile and constantly will ask if we needed anything.

It would be nice if the reception staff smile.

Brilliant stay and fabulous service

We had an amazing experience at Lazzoni Hotel. Brilliant service and delicious breakfast with many options. The hotel is clean, modern and well decorated. The location is also very ideal and is overlooking a river. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

A smiling face is a happy face, thank you Lazzoni for a beautiful stay

This hotel was outstanding in every aspect. The staff were always helpful, genuine and extremely friendly in a professional manner. The manager Erman had exceptional customer service skills and the hotel concierge staff Eya, Rim and Halima were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast, room and restaurant were all exceptional. Thank you for such a nice stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
