Absolutely breathtaking views, possibly the nicest and most relaxing place Ive stopped, would have to say if you dont like animals (geckos) I wouldnt recommend but they are harmless. Anyone else, 100% recommend, was on the quieter side of the island so possibly a pro or con depending on what you want

Great view nice place

I liked the views great pool and the manager that helped us with what we needed even when off hours. Also very liked how they had our bad ready with some honeymoon decorations.

The stairs are beautiful but nightmare to go up and down also deliveries not going down to the room so must go up a lot to get the food from the room we had. It wasnt clear to me that stuff have hours there and its not 24 hours service or answering In the place.

The wildlife that entered in the property such as lizards cockroaches and ants. Also the front room could have had air con.

EVERYTHING! Amazing view, wow effect, price, nature, we had no bugs or everything (well we got only one:)), the pool was clean and very useful, the terrace is amazing, we got 6 bottles of water for free each day, welcome drink, we regreted not staying there for more days, would recomend it for sure!

Maybe it could be a litte bit cleaner (there were just some spider nets).

Big regrets!

- The view was stunning - The hotel manager organized a really nice snorkeling trip for us

Since we read most of the 1-star reviews upfront, we knew there would be geckos in the villa and we were already prepared for some gecko poo on the floor. But in fact we shared the villa with a huge (~30cm) gecko. Every day at dawn the geckos became active and they started to poop everywhere (kitchen table, couches, the floor, bathroom, etc). Due to that the largest part of the villa, except the bedroom where we stored everything and kept the doors closed at all time, was pretty much unusable for us! Even though the villa was cleaned everyday, you do not want to sit on a couch were geckos pooped on the night before.. Apart from that the villa in general felt old, filthy and worn out. The bathroom smelled moldy and most metallic parts were rusty. There is also no breakfast available at the hotel (even though the description here on booking.com says so). So since the hotel is in a rather quiet part of Ko Tao, you have to ride to the other side of the island each morning, which wasnt the worst thing in the world but unexpected and therefore annoying. Overall the price was just too expensive for what we got!

Gorgeous property, free unlimited waters, not A/C in entire house

- Private pool was amazing - The view is unreal - Ice cold A/C in the bedroom - Super spacious - FREE unlimited water in the fridge! - Huge fridge - Awesome kitchen - Bed was comfortable - Laundry can be done on the property for 50B per K - Netflix/Spotify available on smart tv was awesome

- I have to say if I knew there wasnt A/C in the whole house, I probably wouldnt have picked this place. Even though the property is amazing. Its 100 degrees and I am uncomfortable without A/C. There is only A/C in the bedroom - Pillows are basically as flat as paper which made it very uncomfortable for me - Theres about 7 geckos that live in Villa. They poop everywhere all day long. The cleaners clean it when they come but they poop throughout the day. Once they popped on my clothes. - The location is pretty far out from city center. Its definitely more of a quiet spot which will just depend on what youre looking for! (Not pro or con)
