Review 1: The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, with torn walls and dirty carpets, but it did not affect the stay. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Noise levels were low. (Read More) Overall, a satisfactory experience, and looking forward to the completion of the remodel. Review 2: The location of the hotel was great and the staff were professional and friendly. However, there were some issues with the toilet, television, and air conditioner. Despite these problems, the stay was satisfactory. Review 3: The staff at the hotel was amazing, making guests feel appreciated and welcome. Check-in and check-out were handled smoothly. The staff was attentive and caring towards all guests. This was a short staycation and the reviewer plans to return in the future. Review 4: The pool and hot tub were closed during the stay, which was disappointing. The front desk staff, specifically Dana, made an effort to address the issue and resolve it. However, the front desk clerk during check-in was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. The room and complimentary breakfast were good.

Don't waste your money here !

Just the location

The hallways looked terrible, the carpet was coming up. The room had a musty odor, the faucet on the shower leaked, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable! The breakfast was terrible, you could have gotten a better breakfast from a convenient store. For what I paid for this room for one night, this hotel should have been a lot nicer( almost 200 dollars a night) I will never stay here again ! Ridiculous and shabby !

Everything was good but the spa tub !

The spa tub had black flakes in it I asked the from desk for some Lysol wipes to clean it out, then later on I found out the water didnt stay in the tub .

The front clerk brought the trolley to the back door near our car. Also we were able to get a room near the elevator as my husband is handicapped

With all the road construction it was difficult to find the hotel

My boyfriend & I stayed for 4 nights. All of the staff were extremely nice & helpful. Parking was easy. Breakfast was so good, we ate it every day! The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious.

I stayed a couple hours, I used the shower but didnt stay the night

Location

Remodeling so it was very dirty and in common areas. The lady that checked me in is not very accommodating. I called the front desk requesting shampoo and she told me to come get it. I told her I was not dressed. I was in the shower and realized I didnt have shampoo. She was unrelenting and said come get it. I asked if she had coins for the laundry and she said no I could drive down to the store to get it. Very poor customer relations.
