Short visit to the upgraded ghetto

The biscuits and gravy were great. The employees were nice and accommodating and the location was great for downtown

Aside from not knowing they were renovating it just looked like two different hotels at one location. One side was the suburbs and the other the dumps. I was placed on the dump side which smelled bad, floors looked like they were thrown back up and melted into the floor, paint peeling and the elevator looked haunted. Occupants were leaving food and trash in the hallways and it smelled BAD!! Now once in the room it smelled and looked a little more presentable but the AC didnt work. So the employee did accommodate but once moved the TV didnt work. So now you would kind of be annoyed but again the employee did accommodate again and finally we were in a room that we could work with. Now my frustration really didnt set in until I visited the adjacent side of the hotel which I learned was the renovated side and I now want to know what were the requirements to book those rooms because they looked like what they were selling on the website. Breakfast was served on time and although Im not a breakfast fan it was clean, presentable and fresh. The kitchen staff were nice and they kept everything stocked. Only thing I would change is the runny, watery eggs but the biscuits and gravy were on point!! Overall we made the room work but I dont think I would visit again even after the renovations are finished

Races. & Prejudice treat you however, they feel like it.

Did not give me room service for a whole three days accuse me of my dog was not friendly pet friendly at all and hes emotional support animal room service was races, prejudice, colors and disrespectful front desk Charlie, disregarding lack of compassion, and then they told me that they dont care about my issues because theyre privately owned but their friend child is through La Quinta in Windham. I had to call customer service call my lawyer and I suffered from a third-degree burn from the waffle iron because they did not put it up properly Will be suing do not stay

I would stay there again just because of the great staff, reasonable cost, and huuuuge comfortable room.

Comfortable bed with all necessary amenities in the room. The lady on staff was very friendly and helpful and allowed us to keep our luggage safe downstairs. The shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful with fitting our many suitcases into the van.

That it was undergoing renovations and we had no water for a few hours. Quite the mess in the hallway & elevator.

Good value for money. Near the airport with a shuttle so for a night it was perfect.

It is a little dated and the breakfast was ok not great. But for the price you're paying this is not an issue. I would stay here again.

Looking forward to seeing the place complete its upgrade.

Proximity to airport was the reason I booked here and I had stayed 18 months back.

Very very tired property. I rated it last year and it had gotten more tired and less maintained in 18months. Part of the hotel is being upgraded so must be a lack of attention in the older non upgraded parts in the interim. It would have been nice to have been offered an upgraded room albeit maybe they had all gone. I had booked many months ahead of time though.

It has a very good location close from relatives.

The keys. When we needed to return to the hotel at night, it was very common that the keys no longer worked, even when we kept them away from the cellphones.

It is located about 5 mins from the airport

We booked a room for 3 people, which was a king size bed and a pull out couch. Even though we booked the room for 3 people, we came to our room and realized it wasn't ready for 3 people. We had to go down and ask for all the linen and pillows to make up the sofa bed. The bathroom door doesnt close properly because there is no latch or lock on it. There was some weird clicking and sound interference noises coming from within the walls.
