Rooms are neat but nobody at reception and asked for cleaning in the evening I'll the next day morning nobody cared.

No staff to take care at the property and the location was something slum and the parking lot is really not at all feasible to park and my car foot board was damaged due to their ramp to the parking and due to that ramping my wife's leg got fractured.

All Facilities were average Bfast was adequate.

There were no steps to enter, only makeshift wooden plank, a gutter running at entrance, had to step over. No facility to make tea coffee and no guidance for it. There was a short circuit at night and we luckily were awake at the time otherwise would have been a major disaster.A/C was dripping.Sheets were not Clean, had to ask them to change in front of us. Surroundings are so so. Didn't have parking for our vehicle.Had to pay extra for the parking.Not at all anywhere close to the Paradise it claims to be.

Total disappointment and frustrated journey to Puducherry.

Breakfast quality very poor. No coffee or tea served. The location not a convenient access. Unpleasant smells at surrounding area.

Good environment. Terrace was very beautiful especially in evening. And nice room. I really enjoyed to stay here. Host very polite and easygoing. I want to stay in the future days.
