was very good safe stay although we expected the hotel level for 5 star to be much better

breakfast was very good coffee shop in the hotel was excellent in food and serving

location no day to day variation in breakfast hotel lobby is very small and dark not bright cleanness of rooms and old furniture no iron in the room you have to ask for it at the moment you need it window lock was not working no safety division between rooms balcony

Average hotel in busy Cairo

Comfortable

Very odd location in the bustle of Cairo - there isnt even much space for your car to stop at the entrance. The breakfast selection was mediocre and the staff could really have tried to be pleasant. Rooms were average and small and the bathroom cleanliness left a bit to be desired.

Very good

A comfortable stay in a nice hotel that would benefit from a touch of modernisation.

Lovely lounge and wellness areas. The privacy of the sauna and spa was great. Excellent breakfast selection and service. Mina Malak provided wonderful service and connected with us in German and English. Room service and butler service were excellent and very accommodating.

Dated rooms that need refurbishing- very dusty and problematic for an asthmatic. Heavy drapes and carpets. The Blue restaurant was expensive and poor quality with overcooked seafood.
