Location The staff were friendly

I stayed on the fourth floor and there was Noise from outside the hotel , You can hear people passing by and cars The rooms had a smell The water in the bathrooms has turned red and they say it is due to maintenance Room furniture is old

Great stay in the heart of Budapest

Great location, great service , amazing housekeeping,

Food and drinks at bar took nearly 20 min to make this is unacceptable ! Just a suggestion for the spa : after a sauna its a good practice to drink sufficient water to prevent dehydration ! So normally 5 star hotels in New York, London , Zurich etccc place a spa bar or a minibar with plain water bottles or with added cucumber !
