Well stay there again

Location was great. Easy access to taxis and nearby shopping food etc.

TV consisted of Netflix and You tube but it is the Philippines and satellite tv is pricey

Standard big hotel for Cebu - nothing special but OK

Reception and lobby staff were excellent. Swimming pool was good size , with nice seating around pool.

Big queues for lifts ( I think 2 out of the 4 weren't working). The pool is closed once a week for maintenance. Stayed in nearly 50 different hotels in the past 20 months, never known a pool to be closed once a week. It was closed on the Tuesday I was checking out. Was looking to spend the afternoon by the pool before going on my evening flight. As it happened it rained all day, so did not make any difference. Surely the maintenance could be conducted overnight?

Disappointing

The location is very good. Very accessible to a lot of restaurants and it's also not very hard to find transportation.

I didn't expect that this booking only accept cash for payment. The place is showing signs of wear and tear. There were some pesky tiny flying insects even during my first night and persisted throughout my stay.

Good location, shower needs attention

Great location that is close to lots of night life and restaurants. AC works well, the bed is comfortable and there is equipment in the kitchenette so you can prepare your own meals.

The heater in the shower didn't work, so I had cold showers for my whole 6 night stay. There were times (between 1pm - 3pm) where it could take up to 20 minutes to get an elevator. One day I walked all the way down from 27th floor as none of the elevators were moving at all.

Pool was nice, Netflix on tv and toaster oven was great, electric shower very good too Nice view from room and food options around hotel are great

Elevators took a ridiculous amount of time to come and we're often full when they arrived We received no fresh towels in 3 day stay and nowhere to clean them, no response when messaged several times through this app. Very bad smell coming from bathroom. Nothing much to do in the area just a place to stay when doing cebu safari and oslob whale sharks and canyoneering

Superb

The room was definitely worth the price, had everything we needed. It's one of the taller hotels and it had a really nice view over Cebu city. (You can also take the elevator to the top-most floor, if your room happens to be on one of the lower floors.) The hotel has also a swimming pool and a gym on 9th floor accessible to all guests.

The check-in was a bit more complicated as you need to get in touch with yours assigned person, not on the reception as you migh expect in other hotels. But this wasn't an issue, just a minor surprise. Another thing that surprised us are the toilets - you cannot flush the toilet paper, otherwise it'll get clogged. This might come natural to experienced travelers through Asia, but we didn't know about this. The thing is, there was no warning sign of any sorts, so we found out the hard way.

Mediocre budget condo for few days only

Location, nice view from 42floor, good pool area. Everyone from the staff was so polite, always smiling and helpfull. The owner of the appartment responded immediatly to our requests.

Condo was not properly cleaned (hair on the floor, dirty kitchen ustensils, ). The "white" towels were old and runout, they should be replaced by newones! The dishrack is so rusty good only for garbage. As everything metal is so rusty especially in the bathroom! The worst part in the condo, rusty, dirty, broken ... The owner should really check personaly how the rooms are metained and renovate asap bathroom, bed matress, etc Noises and loud music from the bars everynight, earplugs is a must to sleep !!
