Disappointing

The host take so long to answer our concerns I was requested over toaster but nothing arrived Then I asked to change broom to sweep but there's no response I stayed there for 12days so sad

Very poor

The owner of the unit was unapproachable or snubbish, and she did not provide me a receipt.

The WIFI, TV, and shower must be functional in order for me to enjoy my stay in the unit.

Very good

This is a nice studio, well placed, quiet, clean, and large and comfortable bed, for the price it offers excellent value for money and I would stay again, especially as a solo traveller

Only minor thing is that it is only has YouTube on the tv, could do with Netflix/Prime Apps for use with our with our personal logins.

Superb

Always a good choice for us, will probably stay again when we return to Cebu some day.

H101 is located near to all places we needed to go and all the food choices we wanted to make. Staying with Tess is always a good choice for us. Kitchen is equipped good enough and beds are comfy and mostly clean. For a short stay it's more than adequate for a good price.

Short stay units could be maintained better, elevators in tower 1 are a nightmare in certain rush hour times.

my 2nd stay here this year

Very affordable studio. Last time they put me in 17W, this time in 17Q just next door. Both almost the same rooms, just mirroring the room. Kitchen utensils adequate and wifi was fast this time.

Lots of dust on some surfaces, cleanliness should be improved. Not allowed to switch off wifi during the night, since 17W is also using the same router for wifi.
