I like the location. I don't like the bedding cos it smells terrible and unsanitized.
The location. The quietness. The view. The host is accommodating.
Whenever I go to Cebu, I always choose this place because of its location. I did not like my recent 2 stays. the bedding doesn't smell good, it's like it's not washed, and smells damped. It smells bad jud. Unsanitized.

Basic cleanliness was not there at all. Most surfaces were not wiped down from previous guests, the dishes on the sink were not cleaned as they had food remnants on them still, bathroom had mould all thru it. Most cupboards were either broken and unusable

I like the room,it's clean everything i Need was their,except from the bathroom and their wifi service,since day1 the wifi connection Is very poor.

Just get a 3* hotel is better than here
Location was good, shops nearby, good view in the window 42N specific
pool facilities were unavailable when I wanted to use them; elevators takes a lifetime to get you; no staff cleaning the flat - only public corridors. Is not 4* is self service fully, so miss advertising. Had the incident to need to wait at 11pm tor 2 hours for elevators to be fixed due to power issues. Room seems on smaller size, ok for 2 people. This property is full on self service, nobody cleans during your stay.

Great Stay in Cebu!
I like that it was accessible to convenience stores and famous landmarks. Angkas and Grab Car are also evident.
Cant use the gym. Needs to rent a unit for at least a month in Horizons.
