Perfect stay in Ginza to use a base to explore Tokyo

Modern and very spacious rooms,, with nice amenities. Very large comfy bed. The bathroom was clean and separated from the toilet, with good water pressure. The location near Ginza was perfect to use as a base if you prefer a quieter area to stay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Bonus: There was a communal area where you could get access to a small selection of pastries, Ice Creams and hot and cold drinks, for free.

Prime Location with Space Limitations: A Balanced Review

On the bright side, its location was exceptional, nestled within walking distance of the bustling Ginza shopping area and conveniently close to both JR and metro train stations. The daily supply of complimentary snacks and beverages in the lounge added a delightful touch to my stay. The room, although small, was clean and equipped with quality appliances like a coffee machine, a variety of coffee and tea pods, and a luxurious Dyson hair dryer.

The limited space in the room presented some difficulties. The area felt cramped, particularly when trying to manage large and extra-large suitcases. I often found myself having to open one piece of luggage at a time and rearrange the furniture to make enough space. This inconvenience was significant enough that, should I need more room on future trips, I would consider staying elsewhere. While the hotel shines in its location and amenities, the challenge of limited space is a noteworthy drawback for those traveling with more or larger luggage.

Our first stay in Tokyo and the location, amenities and convenience was top tier.

Staff was very helpful. Concession area for snacks and drinks was lovely. For 4 people, two connected rooms was perfect and allowed plenty of space.

- Amazing location for it being just around the corner from ginza, and shibuya/most areas just within 30mins subway ride. - Perfect lounge and complimentary drink/snacks

- Bedsheet and duvet covers are way too thin, pillow is rather flat, sleep overall is not very comfortable. - Sink is too low (especially for pregnant women like myself)
