WORST STAFF BEHAVIOUR. WORST EXPERIENCE. TOTAL TORTURE.

FIRST OF ALL I REACHED AND ASKED FOR EARLY CHECK IN BUT ROOM WAS NOT READY SO I WENT FOR LUNCH THEN AFTER COMING BACK NO ONE WAS IN RECEPTION SO I WAS MADE TO WAIT AND WHEN I CALLED THE STAFF THEN A PERSON NAMED SUUK WAS RUDE AS HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. THEN I GOT THE ROOM AND WENT UP AND THE COULD NOT USE WI-FI INSIDE THE ROOM AS WI-FI WAS WORST EVER SO I WAS USING THE COMMON SPACE TO CONNECT TO LAPTOP TO FINISH OFFICE MEETING AND WAS SITTING AND QUIETLY DOING MY WORK AND FEW FRIENDS CANE TO VISIT ME. TILL NOW THE OTHER ROOMS HAD NO GUESTS YET. BUT LATER AT NIGHT AFTER 10 PM SUUK CAME AND TOLD ME THAT I CANNOT USE COMMON SPACE SO I ASKED HIM WHY HE STARTED SHOUTING THATS IT IS FOR GUESTS SO I ASKED AM I NOT A GUEST THEN HE STARTED SHOUTING ILLOGICALLY. SO I CALLED BHASKER WHO HAPPENS TO BE OWNER AND HE WAS ALSO NOT TALKING POLITELY. I ASKED THEM WHY DID THEY NOT INFORM ME ABOUT THE RULES BEFORE AS I HAD STAYED IN THE HOTEL LAST YEAR ALSO AND HAD NO PROBLEM. I TOLD HIM I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR BEHAVIOUR SO THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AT 11:30 PL AT NIGHT. I WAS SHOCKED BY THIS BEHAVIOUR AND WANT TO COMPLAIN AGAINST THE HOTEL. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE.

Poor experience.

The location

Staff behaviour was not good at all and they were misbehaving. Hung up the call , kept me waiting for check in and behaved rude later for using the common space. How can there be an issue for using the common space. the person named Sukh who claims to be owner of the property is not at all a helpful rather a rude person.

A very comfortable stay

You just feel at ease once you are here. The parking space was good and it is at the prime location which makes it accessible to other places nearby. The place is neat and we'll maintained and clean. And the breakfast was good as well. Sir Sukh was very cordial and make us feel at home with his hospitality.

Clean rooms but many things can be improved.

The location is good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The service at the breakfast could've been better. Some bathroom fittings were broken and should've been fixed before the guest's arrival. The shower knob was falling off when we tried to use it. The rooms should have an electric kettle and at least 2 empty water glasses(there was only one).
