Great food, relaxing and enjoyable location.
The location was great. Very close to the city center. Food lunch, dinner & breakfast was full of flavors. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
There was some construction going on next door during the day time & was quite noisy.

Disappointing
Disappointing stay at our favourite hotel in Nuwara Eliya
The staff as always were great.
This was our 3rd stay at the hotel and would be the last, We've seen the standards deteriorate over the years. The room and furniture looked cheap, old and dilapidated; paint on the walls were peeling off due to water seepage, worn out curtains, half painted furniture, etc. We understand that it is an old hotel, but the least they could've done is to provide a decent room for the price they were charging - USD 557 nett for 2 nights B&B. Overall the hotel wasn't ready to welcome guests during the season with even the Christmas decor being substandard.

Good stay
Both me and my husband were there in dec 2023. We loved the hotel building itself , so beautiful with beautiful landscaping around. We had a spacious room with a balcony that opened up to a beautiful scenery. There is a nice fire room to keep u warm. Th staff were nice and attentive as well. All in all we loved our stay.

Cute hotel but a bit boring
The hotel is well located and clean
There are no facilities and its not heated properly. Very cold in the hallways and dining area. Only one restaurant
