Very good

Why I enjoyed staying at Jana.

The staff were attentive and friendly. They did their best to accommodate my needs. The rates were good. The food in the restaurant was very good.

I wasn't informed they were renovating so noise was high at times. But the staff adjusted my room number to make things better.

Disappointing

Below Average

Wash room. dirty water with rust (both Hot & cold ) from taps. I did not use this water for bath during my stay. I have collected water from Wash basin for bath. Room service is not up to the mark. Room key card switch is not functioned properly. pillow covers and bed sheets are not that much hygiene, generally what we expect during COVID pandemic time.
