The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. There was a pantry and waters available 24/7 in a small room off the entrance. The room was spacious and had a sitting area that was pretty comfortable.

I was disappointed in the shower that the conditioner dispenser was a little "gunky" which indicated less than thorough cleaning in the shower. I also was disappointed that there wasn't some of the amenities I would expect such as lotion. Not having little things like that shows a lack of attention to detail which is not what I expected from the Jared Coffin House.

Location was good and the staff was very pleasant.

Breakfast was just ok, the annex had no Christmas decor, would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. It looked like the hotel needed some love and care.

Lovely historic building with helpful, friendly staff. I would stay again.

Very good service, helpful staff. Fresh brewed coffee, decaf and regular. Excellent location, close to restaurants and shops. Complimentary bikes were perfect for seeing the island.

More choice of fresh fruit with breakfast would be nice.

Mary Starbuck Suite was AMAZING

Amazing location!!! Within walking distance of everything. We had the Mary Starbucks suite and that room was huge and on the first floor which I needed since I couldnt climb stairs. I asked for a space heater since I was chilly and they didnt have fleece blankets (October) so that was disappointing, but the breakfast and architecture made up for it. Love Nantucket.

No fluffy warm blankets.

Beautiful, quaint hotel wonderful staff the rooms and the beds were so comfortable

Nothing. I had no problem with my walker, and the staff was wonderful with helping me get my luggage up to my room.

Weekend getaway was greatly enhanced by this hotel with all it has to offer.

Location in town is great. Size of room very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant down stairs is a bonus.
