Was overall disappointing for the cost of the room.

Only one housecoat provided 2 occupents had to track down service to get another. The duvet cover is old and significantly used, all of the interior of the duvet was collected at the bottom of the bed. No other bed sheet cover. We slept with only a old duvet cover!!!!!!!!

We had a very comfortable room. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location downtown was very close to many attractions and sights.

Disappointing

Good location but bad service

Location is good and rooms are spacious

Service was horrible and staff is rude. I was asked to go down to the restaurant to get my own cutlery and not delivered to my room. I requested someone to come in and fix the tv, only got a response after one hour and a half. Just a response. I was told I would be charged 25% of a nights stay for a 2 hour late check-out even though they are able to accommodate. Lastly, my door was knocked on three times while I had the do not disturb sign on. I was told when I complained by Lorraine (staff) that I asked for a service more than an hour before and hence they are allowed to disturb. Needless to say in a very rude manner.

Location is really great and room have a great size. Comfortable hotel.

Rooms are too dark, could be brighter would make difference during winter time. Besides that enjoyed the stay.

The room was beautiful, beds very comfortable, bathroom was spacious and convenient, the city view a great plus. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the World Trade Center galleries, the Montreal underground and the orange metro line; it's right next to the Old Port, while still providing quick and easy access from the train station and downtown Montreal. Breakfast was delicious and had great options for kids. Will definitely be coming back!

Consistency in messaging and tone/politeness needs to improve among staff members (some are very kind, others very expeditive), as well as consistency between the automated messages sent to custumers via text, and the replies we get once we interact with staff members using this channel.
