Generally comfortable

staff are smiley and friendly. Rooms are big and generally clean, we got view of the stadium. Food from the lobby lounge is nice.. there is a small convenience shop and Starbucks just behind the hotel

staff are generally not customer service oriented, but they are friendly bathtub must not have been cleansed for months? and it rinse down layer of oil not recommended for non-chinese speaking customers as staff generally cannot understand English.

I liked the facilities in the room

The staff was nowhere near the level as expected from Intercontinental as an international 5 star hotel. Hard to find anyone speaking english , and for sure not the right attitude to compensate.

Very good

luxury accommodation great for a business trip if you can afford it.

Great breakfast and buffet dinner. Wonderful bathroom with beautiful marble and standup shower. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel.

Restaurant price is high and there is no option to have dinner nearby at walking distance. Location feels a bit isolated near the Olympic park.

Overall I like it!

Fresh and bright room and toilet. Nice and sweet stuff.

Toilets hygienic condition has a lot of room to improve. The sink has yellow dirt, so does everywhere possibly has contact with water. although its fresh renovated.
