The balcony, the location was good

The smell in the hallways. Stale air. The dishwasher wasn't working, looked like it was under repair. The toilet button in the ensuite keeps moving and can be a challenge to flush. We had rain while we were there and the carpet by the corner window was damp.

Exceptional

The location was perfect for us as we had family and friends meeting us and were all travelling by train arriving at Southern Cross Station. The apartment was lovely, homey and very clean with everything you needed. Public transport very accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Good value. Would definitely stay here again.

It was in a really good location. Close to transport,shops and restaurants. Very well equipped and comfortable bedding.

There was some street noise, but totally expected when staying in the CBD of a major city.

Despite the broken things in the apartment we enjoyed the stay and it was comfortable and clean.

Handy location, nice view, comfortable beds, lots of toilet paper, tissues, well equiped kitchen, comfy couch, good balcony.

We were only given one key for 4 people. Apparently you have to ask for two in advance. We eventually got two. The dishwasher and coffee machine didnt work at all, one bathroom door handle looked like it might fall off any minute and one of the toilets had a broken button. Lots of power points didnt work.

The accommodation was excellent, the location was great, the apartment facilities was great, very clean, highly recommend, the communication with AIRKEEPER was excellent.

I liked everything would go back tomorrow if possible.

This is an awesome apartment and I would definitely rebook this property.

This property was such a great choice for our little family group. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made our stay extremely comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Having access to the free trams, just outside, made getting around a breeze.
